Plumbing We have been a leader in the plumbing industry for over five decades, and for good reason. Our reputation for having the ability to tackle projects of all scopes and never backing away from a challenging project has made us a trusted partner of some of the region’s most recognizable companies. Our plumbing division can provide systems including sanitary waste and vent piping, lab waste piping, reclaimed water piping, and many more systems.

Architectural Customize your project with architectural installations, custom-made in our fabrication shop. Louvers, dormers, gutters and down spouts, and exterior skin systems are just some of the features we can design and produce in-house at our fabrication shop. The ability to create something that no-one else has allows us to give your project character and flair, matching your own.

Test, Adjust, Balance Ensuring that your environmental systems are operating efficiently is the key to a well-run building. Our TAB team is made up of NEBB, TABB, and NSF-certified technicians who can evaluate duct leakage, fire and smoke control systems, and can address unique systems including laboratory fume hoods and biological safety cabinets.

Start-Up & Commissioning Making the final transition from construction completion to operation is the crowning point of all projects. At Therma, we are not satisfied with our projects until we have completed thorough systems checks and rigorous performance testing. Using the best practice implementation tools and proven procedures, we ensure that the facility is safe, reliable, and in top operational condition for your satisfaction.
