About the Role

Job Responsibilities include:

  • Frequent phone interaction customers during contract renewal
  • Maintain and track preventative maintenance contract customer database
  • Word processing, editing, and formatting
  • Assist sales team generating preventative maintenance proposals
  • Provide full administrative support to HVAC maintenance sales team
  • Responsible for confidential and time-sensitive material
  • Establish, update and maintain files, records, and other documents as required
  • Organize administrative tasks and procedures
  • Assist with administrative problem solving, development and execution of stated
  • goals and objectives

Job Requirements include:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently
  • Strong analytical skills and demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Candidate with an HVAC service or construction background is preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role required
