BAS Controls Service Dispatch & Support Assistant

Therma’s Service team is in an immediate need of a BAS Controls Service Dispatch & Support Assistant! Do you thrive in a collaborative and fast-paced environment? If so, come join our team!

The Dispatch Support Assistant is responsible for routing service technicians with regards to pre/post-warranty trouble calls and preventative maintenance activities associated with Therma’s BAS Controls customers. This individual will report to the BAS Controls Service Manager and will be the primary Therma interface with customers making trouble calls.

About the Role

Responsibilities include but are not limited to direct customer contact, service dispatching, maintaining controls technician schedules, verifying timecards, assisting with billings, reviewing cost reports, creating purchase orders, ordering material, material tracking, RFI’s and submittals, pulling job numbers, filing and general project coordination.

Qualified candidates must have excellent communication and customer service skills and must be well-organized, detail-oriented individuals who are able to successfully prioritize and meet deadlines while working in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office including MS Word, Outlook, and Excel is a must as well as being able to work in multiple software applications at one time. Experience working in the construction industry is recommended. Bachelor’s degree in a related field is recommended.
