Hello,

Message: Phishing Emails

ALL EMPLOYEES:

We are continuing to see emails from unrecognized source addresses. Please be mindful of phishing emails. These are types of emails that at a glance ‘look’ legitimate but are not from the correct sources. These types of emails can have links and attachments that are harmful to the computer as well as the network. Please follow some of the guidelines below to help you and the company remain protected in the cyber world.

  • If you are not sure, delete the email and do not open
  • When in doubt, be safe and close the application/program/site. If issues persist, contact IT

If you have any questions or concerns, please contact your supervisor immediately.

Message: Send Computers to the Office

ALL EMPLOYEES:

It is extremely important that ALL company laptops/desktops/servers are returned to the main office for protection software installation activity. This software protects the individual computers as well as the company wide network from further attacks.

If you have not yet done so, please make arrangements to get your computers to the main office at the earliest possibility.

Once a computer has been sent to the main office, advanced security software will be installed and the computer will be returned to you.

Thank you for your support and patience.
